Join Hana on Saturday, October 17th at 12:30pm for a 50-minute low-impact class designed for mums and babies aged 3–12 months who aren’t yet on the move, in partnership with Yaya + My Mindful Tribe.
Rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and keep your baby right by your side.
Complimentary coffee and matcha for everyone after class.
AED 90 drop-in or use your existing package. Bring anything that keeps you and baby comfortable, from carriers to play mats.
