Francesca grew up in Dubai and proudly considers the UAE her home. With a strong foundation in classical ballet and performing arts, she was accepted into Laine Theatre Arts in the UK before continuing her education at Newcastle University. To maintain the strength and flexibility developed through her dance training, Francesca discovered yoga, quickly recognizing not only its physical benefits but also its impact on mental and emotional wellbeing.
Her growing passion for the practice led her to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2015, followed by a certification in Barre. She began teaching in boutique studios across Central and South West London, where she developed a loyal following for her creative and empowering classes.
In 2018, Francesca relocated back to Dubai and joined Barre Effect as a client shortly after the birth of her twin girls. She credits the BE method with playing a key role in her post-partum recovery and overall fitness journey. Inspired by the community and results she experienced firsthand, Francesca is now thrilled to be part of the Barre Effect teaching team.
Alongside her work in fitness, Francesca is also a qualified primary school teacher. She believes that “when one teaches, two learn,” a philosophy that beautifully connects her two passions, movement and education. Through her teaching, Francesca strives to create classes that are both uplifting and empowering, guiding clients to move with confidence, strength, and joy.
