Originally from the United States, Hana brings over 20 years of dance experience, having spent many years performing and training before going on to teach dance classes at various studios, coach a high school dance team, and co-direct a contemporary dance company in Portland, Oregon.

Hana’s passion for coaching and teaching naturally evolved into fitness when she discovered Barre and became a FlyBarre instructor. She is certified in the Barre method and has completed her Level 2 Group Fitness qualification, with over six years of experience leading group fitness classes.

A dedicated mover at heart, Hana loves to cross-train and challenge herself through different methods and disciplines within the fitness world. Still, Barre remains her first love, a practice she believes offers benefits for everyone, as long as they’re ready to work hard, stay consistent, and have fun along the way!
