In honor of International Women's Day, join us for this exciting workshop - a 45-minute full body barre class with Francesca, ending with a 15-minute meditation with Allie.
Following the class, there will be a 30 minute 'Overcoming Adversity' talk with Paralympian and Barre Effect client Jessica Smith! Light refreshments will be provided as well as goodie bags from L’Couture. Suitable for all levels!
