About the event
Allie will be taking you through a 1 hour Yin Yoga & Massage class, followed by a 30 minute talk, with complimentary coffee discussing the importance of strength training for women, especially with aging.
We encourage you to wear pink! Suitable for all levels.
What is Yin Yoga & Massage? This class is simply about breath and kindness. It's a relaxing all-level class that uses long holds (minimum 5 minutes) to dive deep into the connective tissues and joints.
While doing this, the instructor will be massaging different areas of the body with Guasha tools and Swedish massage techniques to help you relax further into your stretches.
You will experience a deep release into the body and mind during this amazing session.
Note: It's best to wear loose clothing so the instructor has access to proceed with massage!
